Our services are always complimentary with the booking of a Vacation Package through us. The cost of your vacation will always be the same as the vendor site. If there are new deals that are released after we book your vacation, we can apply those too even after the fact! If you have already booked your vacation and are looking to only use our services, unfortunately we cannot accommodate that but would be happy to work with you on your next trip!

You absolutely could do it all yourself, but it would take time and energy that could have been better spent elsewhere. Vacation planning is hard enough as it is, considering you have to balance each member of your family’s "must-do” list, your vacation days, and your wallet. On top of that, Disney is constantly evolving and it’s getting harder and harder to accomplish everything you want to in a limited amount of time. Our agents stay on top of changes in pricing, Disney policies, trends, and refurbishment schedules. We also will do the "inconvenient" parts FOR you! A lot of the most popular dining reservations go very quickly each day, and it is recommended to be online and ready to make selections as early as 6am EST on the day you become eligible to reserve them. Most of our clients do not want to have to worry about remembering to do this or have to wake up that early. We are happy to sit online and grab them for you! We also have tools to keep an eye out for any that might not be immediately available when your booking window opens and can snag one for you when they do become available, even right up until the day of!

Our services are tailored to however you like to plan your vacations, and what best fits the needs of your party. We will make sure that you don’t miss your booking windows when it comes to restaurants, Lightning Lanes, or magical extras! We also offer options for transportation and airport transfers, scooter or stroller rentals and more.

We recommend booking at least six (6) months in advance. This gives us plenty of time to customize your trip, but anytime is a good time to book a Disney vacation! Note that the booking windows are most important to those vacationers who want to dine at the newest or most popular restaurants. For most clients, we recommend booking no less than 90 days in advance if you have specific needs or don't get to visit the parks very often, but for our clients who go multiple times a year and just want a little last minute drop in, we can make that work too! Another thing to consider would be how you plan to pay for your vacation. If you need to make payments rather than paying in full, booking further out is best.
